During Home Instead's discovery process, we conduct thorough market research and business planning to help determine how our business model can be adapted to fit the unique needs of the local senior market, taking into consideration socio economics, culture and the health system of the country. Together we will gather research insights and data to help us understand the opportunity and how to meet it.  This process can last anywhere from 6-12 months depending on the market.
