Building the Caregiving Workforce our Aging World Needs

Home Instead and the Global Coalition on Aging have collaborated to produce the Building the Caregiving Workforce our Aging World Needs report. The report evaluates ways to professionalize and expand the caregiving workforce, to make it a career of choice. It also highlights the rapidly growing demand for home care, examines barriers to building the workforce that meets these demands, and identifies caregiving as a job creation engine in an increasingly digital and automated world.
